I believe that this life should be accepting, loving and welcoming. The added stresses and frustrations of our fast paced society can leave many people feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and like they have no where to turn. As an experienced ICU nurse I have had many deep and hard conversations with patients and families. Sometimes, just a listening ear can help ease the discomfort of traumatic experiences. I am not a licensed counselor, but I do have years of experience and training on how to actively listen with the goal to understand . I would love to be your support in challenging times or your encouragement to help hold you accountable for life goals. In this hour session, we can meet via Facetime, zoom or in person. 

 Reiki is a powerful tool. When your chakras become unbalanced or affected by negative energy this can manifest in many different ways:  spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.  When we are faced with challenges, hardships, and roadblocks we can start demonstrating patterns of illness and emotional distress. Reiki embodies the inner knowing, power and deeper senses to help heal and awaken your inner light. Each session will vary based off the individual needs on a soul level.
